Thematik
Im Praktikum wird einen Datensatz genomischer miRNA-Cluster analysiert und ausgewertet. Ziel ist es, allgemein bekannte evolutionaüre Ereignisse an Hand von diesen Clustern nachzuvollziehen oder zu widerlegen.Am Ende des Praktikums sollen die Ergebnisse in Form eines kurzen Vortrags (15min) vorgestellt und im Internet auf der Bioinformatik Website zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
