You can travel to Leipzig by plane, train, or car (please be aware that parking is very limited in our vicinity).
The taxi fare from the airport to Härtelstrasse is about 55 Euro, from the central station to Härtelstrasse about 15 Euro.
From airport : An urban railway (S-Bahn No S5/S5X) runs between the airport and Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz (exit there) every 30 minutes (the trip takes about twenty minutes and costs about 5.40 Euro / 3 zones ticket).
From central station: The quickest way to the institute is to use the leipzig city tunnel (http://www.citytunnelleipzig.de). Simply enter the city tunnel at the central station (platform no 1 deep, S1-S5, ticket "Kurzstrecke" 2.00 Euro) and exit at Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz (the second stop, after approximately 2 minutes, exit Windmühlenstrasse).
However, you may also use Leipzig's extensive local transport system (by tram) that is run by the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe.
From the central station (Westseite):

Tram No 9 in direction "Markkleeberg-West" up to the stop "Härtelstraße"
Tram No 10 in direction "Lößnig" up to the stop "Münzgasse"
Tram No 11 in direction "Markkleeberg-Ost" up to the stop "Münzgasse"
Tram No 16 in direction "Lößnig" up to the stop "Härtelstraße"

All these options bring you to within walking distance of our institute (see city map). You may also walk from the central station to Härtelstraße in about 20 minutes.

Das Institut liegt in Leipzig Zentrum-Süd, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt und etwa 20 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Ein Taxi vom Flughafen bis zum Institut kostet ca. 55 Euro und der Preis vom Hauptbahnhof bis zum Institut beträgt ca. 15 Euro.
Vom Flughafen kann man direkt bis zum Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz mit der S-Bahn fahren (S5/5X, aller 30 Minuten, Dauer: etwa 20 Minuten, 3 Zonenticket 5,40 Euro).
Vom Hauptbahnhof: Die schnellste Möglichkeit ist die Benutzung des City Tunnels (http://www.citytunnelleipzig.de).
Vom Hauptbahnhof (Bahnsteig 1 tief, S1-S5, Kurzstreckenticket 2,00 Euro) sind Sie so innerhalb von etwa 2 Minuten am Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz (2. Haltestelle, Ausgang Windmühlenstrasse). Alternativ können Sie auch die Straßenbahn benutzen, die von den Leipziger Verkehrsbetrieben betrieben werden.
Hier gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten vom Hauptbahnhof aus:

Linie 9 in Richtung "Markkleeberg-West" bis zur Haltestelle "Härtelstraße"
Linie 10 in Richtung "Lößnig" bis zur Haltestelle "Münzgasse"
Linie 11 in Richtung "Markkleeberg-Ost" bis zur Haltestelle "Münzgasse"
Linie 16 in Richtung "Lößnig" bis zur Haltestelle "Härtelstraße"

Von den jeweiligen Haltestellen sind es maximal noch 5 Minuten Fußweg (siehe Stadtplan).

Zu unseren Räumen gelangen Sie über den hinteren Eingang (Durchgang Hof Härtelstr. 16 - 18, Eingang rechter Hand, 3. Stock)
