SCOP - SCOP classification of a  hit

SCOP_stat - Statistics of abundance of SCOP classes among hits. 8.3.2.1 listed after b.60.1.1 means that there are 8 occurences of class b, 3 occurences of class b.60, 1 occurrence of class b.60.1 and 1 occurrence of class b.60.1.1

confidence - Confidence of a hit based on the summary score. Possible values are "HIGH" (false positive rate < 0.0001), "GOOD" (false positive rate < 0.001), "LOW" (false positive rate < 0.01),  "GUESS" (false positive rate < 0.1) and "NONE".

score - Summary score based on all the features listed in the table and computed using SVM.

homolog  - Number of homolog sequence (0 for the query sequence) scored highest for a  hit.
